Our client, a top national law firm, is seeking an experienced Litigation Paralegal to join its Miami office. The ideal candidate will have 5+ years of law firm experience supporting attorneys through all stages of litigation, from case initiation through post-trial proceedings.
Key Responsibilities:

Provide comprehensive support throughout all phases of litigation

Conduct legal and factual research using Westlaw and Lexis

Manage discovery, including ESI, and coordinate document reviews and productions

Draft pleadings, motions, notices, and assist in assembling and filing motion papers

Support depositions, expert preparation, and trial logistics, including preparing notebooks and exhibits
-
Perform cite-checking, proofreading, and ensure compliance with federal and state procedural rules

Electronically file pleadings via CM/ECF (federal) and Florida e-Filing Portal

Assist with post-trial filings, appeals, and maintain organized case materials

Track billable time daily and support additional departmental needs
Requirements:

College degree and/or paralegal certificate required

Strong experience with bankruptcy litigation preferred

Proficiency with MS Office, Relativity, Concordance, LAW, Best Case, Excel, and PowerPoint

Experience with iManage is a plus

Bilingual (Spanish) skills strongly preferred

Exceptional organizational and communication abilities, with a detail-oriented and proactive approach
