Overview: Are you an experienced professional with a passion for trust administration? Our client is seeking a Trust Officer to manage and administer their Personal Trust (PT) portfolio. You'll play a crucial role in providing relationship management and account administration in accordance with governing documents, Wealth Management Group (WMG) policies, and applicable laws and regulations.
Key Responsibilities:

• Portfolio Management: Oversee the administration of fiduciary and agency accounts, ensuring compliance with governing documents, WMG policies, and applicable laws.
• Client Relationship: Serve as the primary contact and relationship manager for clients, cultivating strong working relationships with external and internal contacts.
• Risk Management: Manage inherent risks in the assigned portfolio, including timely acceptance, administration, review, and termination of accounts.
• Technology Proficiency: Utilize trust-related technology and software to improve processes for greater productivity and efficiency.

Qualifications:

• Educational Background: Bachelor's degree in a business-related field or equivalent experience. A Master's degree, Juris Doctor, CPA, or Certified Trust and Financial Advisor is preferred. Juris Doctor highly preferred.
• Experience: Minimum of 3 years' experience in trust administration or equivalent professional experience, industry related preferred.
• Skills: Strong understanding of fiduciary, tax, investment, financial planning, and ethics knowledge. Excellent communication and organizational skills.
