Job DescriptionLHH is seeking a highly qualified and experienced Commercial Litigation and Financial Services Attorney for a remote contract role with a valued law firm client. This opportunity provides the chance to work closely with a dynamic legal team.
Responsibilities include:

Managing complex commercial litigation and financial services litigation, including numerous class actions.

Representing global financial institutions, corporate directors, foreign issuers, and various other corporate entities.

Handling diverse areas of litigation such as financial services related to the Fair Credit Reporting Act (FCRA) and Telephone Consumer Protection Act (TCPA).

Litigating and resolving complex business disputes and class action cases.

Addressing legal issues or disputes arising during transactions.

Experience with wide range of commercial litigation

Managing litigation cases involving corporate entities and global financial institutions.
Qualifications:

Candidates must possess a Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school and maintain active bar membership in good standing.

Minimum five years of experience as a commercial litigation with finance experience.

Experience with commercial finance laws, regulations, and practices is crucial.

Excellent drafting, negotiation, and communication skills are required.

Ability to manage multiple tasks, prioritize effectively, and work proficiently in a fast-paced environment is essential.

Proficiency in legal research tools and software is necessary.

Experience working independently and collaboratively with a proactive, solution-oriented approach is expected.

Preference is given to candidates with remote work experience.
Pay Details: $70.00 to $90.00 per hour
