What You Will Do:
- Administer and maintain the Learning Management System (Cornerstone preferred), including user management, course assignments, reporting, and troubleshooting.
- Coordinate the development, scheduling, and delivery of training programs for various departments.
- Collaborate with subject matter experts to create and upload learning content.
- Ensure all training content meets brand standards and is engaging for diverse audiences.
- Track, analyze, and report training completion rates and program effectiveness.
- Provide technical support for LMS users and resolve access or navigation issues.
- Translate and localize training materials into Spanish, ensuring accuracy in HR, administrative, and technical terminology.
- Manage learning content updates, version control, and archiving processes.
- Assist with general administrative duties and special projects as needed.
- Other duties as assigned.
What You Will Bring:
- Minimum 1 year general administrative experience.
- Minimum 6 months of LMS management experience (Cornerstone Administration preferred).
- Proficiency in G-Suite (Docs, Sheets, Slides, Drive, etc.).
- Fluent in Spanish (written and verbal), including HR, administrative, and technical terminology.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
- Demonstrated creative problem-solving skills and growth mindset.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience working in a startup environment.
- Design skills with Adobe Suite, Canva, and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Basic HTML coding skills.
- Experience with AI prompting, Articulate, and Matecat.
Work Schedule:
- Monday through Friday, in-office position at the Erewhon Corporate Office.
