We are seeking an English Language Learner (ELL) teacher who will provide engaging, standards-based lessons that promote critical thinking and problem-solving. The ELL Teacher will provide English language development working collaboratively with other instructional ELL personnel. They will evaluate, instruct and improve English proficiency.

Pay: $35/hr, paid weekly

Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement differentiated, standardsaligned lesson plans.
• Assess student progress and adjust instruction based on data.
• Collaborate with colleagues to improve teaching practices.
• Maintain high expectations for academic work and behavior.
• Participate in professional development and school events.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree and valid Minnesota teaching license (or ability to obtain one).




• Strong communication and relationshipbuilding skills.
