Position Summary
We are looking for a dynamic and results-driven Sales Executive Officer to join our client team. The ideal
candidate will be responsible for driving sales, building strong customer relationships, and achieving
revenue targets. You will play a crucial role in promoting our client’s automobile products, understanding
customer needs, and delivering exceptional service to ensure customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities
1. Sales and Business Development
o Identify and engage prospective customers to generate leads and drive sales.
o Meet and exceed individual and team sales targets.
o Develop and implement effective sales strategies to promote automobile products and
services.
2. Customer Relationship Management
o Build and maintain strong relationships with customers to ensure repeat business and
referrals.
o Provide professional consultation to customers on vehicle features, specifications,
financing options, and after-sales services.
o Follow up on customer inquiries and ensure timely resolution of issues.
3. Market Research and Analysis
o Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer preferences to identify sales
opportunities.
o Provide insights and recommendations to improve product offerings and sales strategies.
4. Sales Documentation
o Prepare and maintain accurate sales records, contracts, and other documentation.
o Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and legal requirements.
5. Product Knowledge
o Stay updated on the latest automobile models, features, and industry developments.
o Effectively communicate product benefits to customers.
6. Collaboration
o Work closely with the marketing team to support promotional activities and campaigns.
o Collaborate with the after-sales team to ensure seamless customer service.
Requirements
Qualifications and Skills Requirements
• Bachelor’s degree in Social Sciences, Marketing, or a related field.
• Minimum of 2–4 years of proven sales experience, preferably in the automobile industry.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Strong customer service orientation with a results-driven mindset.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
• Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software.
• Valid driver’s license (required).
