Our team is seeking an experienced Apartment Maintenance Technician in the Richmond, VA and surrounding areas for Immediate hire. NO On-Calls & NO Weekends!

Apartment Maintenance Technician ​Qualifications:

• Previous experience in residential maintenance - apartments, hotels, or private homes
• Must have personal hand tools and drill
• Must have reliable means of transportation
• Ability to handle physical workload
• Deadline and detail-oriented
• HVAC/EPA Certification is a PLUS!
• Strong experience in the following tasks:
• • Plumbing - sink/shower/toilet repair, replacing fixtures, unclogging drains (snaking when applicable)
  • Electrical - replacing fixtures and switches, knowledge, or proper safety protocol, rewiring when applicable
  • Carpentry - patching holes, replacing doors/locks, hanging cabinetry, light touch- up painting
  • Appliances - help with installation of W&D, stoves (when applicable), installing garbage disposals, small repairs

Apartment Maintenance Technician Responsibilities:

• Regularly inspect all apartment units, buildings, and common areas
• Successfully complete turnovers & work orders in between resident occupancy
• Diagnose and solve maintenance issues in apartment homes, building exteriors and common areas ranging from plumbing, electrical, general carpentry, HVAC, and appliances
• Perform routine preventative maintenance
