Position: Rental Technology Technician/Sales Assistant

Location: West Palm Beach, Florida

Hourly range: $32 to $36

South Florida Caterpillar dealership seeking a Rental Technology Technician/Sales Assistant. Position allows for growth in an ever-changing and growing market. The candidate should have knowledge of Grade Technology in either Trimble or Topcon (Trimble Preferred). Candidate must be willing to travel and work most of their time outside.

Responsibilities:

• Troubleshooting and repair of 2D, 3D, and Laser options.
• Complete installations, measure up, and verification of Grade Control technology once installed.
• Complete inbound and outbound checklists.
• Inventory control.
• Communicate and assist customers on functions of Technology.
• Assist customers and coordinators with quotes and contracts when needed.

Position Requirements:

• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Strong verbal and written skills.
• Mechanical Aptitude
• Travel to all Kelly Tractor territories when needed.
• Flexibility to work outside standard hours to meet customer needs.
• Preferred knowledge in Grade technologies.
• Must be a high school graduate.
• Valid driver’s license
