Embark on a journey with Superior Farms, located in Denver, Colorado, as a key driver in the Maintenance domain, reporting directly to the General Manager. We are searching for a full-time Facility Equipment Maintenance Lead who will harness their skills to ensure our machines and systems are in top shape, directly impacting our operational success.
Your Essential Mission: To not only maintain but also elevate the capabilities of our maintenance systems through proactive and reactive measures. You will steer the department towards strategic improvements while ensuring the safety of all involved.
- Lead and guide a skilled maintenance team in proactive and reactive technical strategies.
- Plan, execute, and supervise maintenance schedules and improvements.
- Enhance operational efficiencies through strategic maintenance initiatives.
- Key Responsibilities include guiding industry best practices, coordination with external vendors, and ensuring cost-effective inventory management.
