Immigration Attorney
Key Responsibilities:
Manage a number of immigration cases, including family petitions, asylum applications, and deportation defense.
- Provide clear and strategic legal advice and representation to clients.
- Review legal documents and applications with USCIS, the Department of State, and other relevant agencies.
- Conduct consultations with clients and develop individualized legal strategies.
Stay up to date on immigration laws, policies, and procedures.
- Collaborate with colleagues and support staff to ensure efficient case management.
Qualifications:
- Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school. (optional)
- Licensed to practice law in Colorado.
- At least 2 years of experience in immigration law.
- Proven track record of success in handling a range of immigration cases.
- Strong understanding of immigration laws, regulations, and procedures.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and analytical skills.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $110,000.00 - $125,000.00 per year
