Klipboard, an ERP solution purpose‑built for wholesale distributors, is seeking a smart, enthusiastic, motivated individual who thrives on managing large‑scale software implementation projects. As part of the Professional Services team, you will be responsible for delivering successful implementation projects according to the contracted Statement of Work.
You will guide customers throughout their implementation journey by providing training on Klipboard software, gathering requirements for requested software changes, and collaborating with internal data conversion and technical teams to ensure customer data and processes are migrated successfully. You will also provide onsite support during go‑live and ensure a smooth transition to the Klipboard support team.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct onsite discovery sessions documenting customer processes
- Create training plans aligned with customer workflows
- Perform business analysis and tailor process documentation
- Document and communicate software change requests to development
- Deliver product training to customer teams
- Identify topics for standardized LMS training content
- Travel onsite for discovery, training, and go‑live support
- Learn the Klipboard product through videos, meetings, documentation, and hands‑on exploration
- Stay current on new software features
- Maintain accurate project timelines in project management tools
- Provide status reporting to internal and external stakeholders
- Manage scope creep by enforcing the Statement of Work
- Escalate issues or blockers impacting timelines or customer satisfaction
- Ensure customers understand next steps throughout the project
- Manage the Enterprise support queue according to support standards
- Provide technical assistance to the Implementation and Enterprise teams
- Modify and customize reports/templates based on customer needs
- Collaborate with Customer Success to ensure exceptional service
- Work with development to troubleshoot issues and support QA
- Adjust work hours as needed to support team and project demands
Skills, Knowledge and Experience:
- Bachelor’s degree in accounting, Computer Science, Business, or equivalent experience
- Outstanding communication skills (written and verbal)
- Experience managing multiple implementations simultaneously
- Exceptional attention to detail
- Comfort working across time zones via web conferencing and onsite visits
- Ability to identify complex issues and coordinate solutions
- Strong sense of ownership and accountability
- Team‑focused mindset
- PMP or similar certification strongly preferred
Bonus:
- Experience implementing ERP software in wholesale distribution
- Experience working with ERP systems in the distribution space
