What You’ll Do
- Lead daily maintenance activities, supporting Technicians with troubleshooting, repairs, and PMs
- Repair and maintain mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, pneumatic, welding, and production equipment
- Troubleshoot conveyors, motors, sensors, forklifts, industrial machinery, and PLC-related issues
- Complete scheduled preventive maintenance and identify root causes to reduce downtime
- Assist in equipment installations, upgrades, and process improvements
- Promote a strong safety-first culture and ensure compliance with safety standards
- Maintain accurate work orders, parts usage, and PM documentation using CMMS
- Train, mentor, and help develop Maintenance Technicians
What We’re Looking For
- 3–5 years of industrial or manufacturing maintenance experience
- Experience leading, mentoring, or acting as a Lead/Senior Maintenance Technician
- Strong troubleshooting skills across mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, pneumatic, and welding systems
- Familiarity with PLCs (reading ladder logic a plus)
- High school diploma or GED required; vocational or technical training preferred
- Ability to prioritize work, support production needs, and lead by example
