Location: Monticello, Illinois

Shift: Day shift

Schedule: 8:00am-4:30pm Monday-Friday On call and holiday rotation required

Job Summary: Assists the Director of Facilities in the performance of, and supervision of duties necessary to keep the physical structure and associated equipment of the facility in good repair. Troubleshoots building systems. Performs maintenance, repairs and other duties are the primary duties. Assists the Facilities Department with CMMS program, plumbing, electrical, HVAC maintenance, landscaping, and grounds.

Requirements:

Regulatory Requirements:

High School graduate or equivalent.
Valid State Driver's License
Three to six months related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.

Skills:

Basic computer knowledge.
HVAC, Plumbing ,General Carpentry skills (licensure in any of these trades is desirable)
