Predicate Logic is looking for a motivated Independent SURTASS Quality Assurance Analyst to join our team in Virginia Beach, VA.

SECURITY CLEARANCE:

• Applicant must have le for a Department of Defense (DoD) personnel security clearance.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Possess a practical understanding of engineering concepts.
• Assure that the product and its manufacturing process meet quality and safety standards.
• Test equipment to make sure that the manufacturing process operates effectively and safely.
• Ability to interpret plans and drawings and contribute to the design and fabrication of test specimens.
• Experience in computer aided drafting (CAD).
• Able to prepare shop drawings for model construction.

EXPERIENCE:

• Three (3) years of professional experience conducting Root Cause Analysis (RCA).
• Five (5) years of professional experience conducting audits and surveillances.
• Lean Six Sigma Green Belt certification or equivalent.
• Desired Certifications:
• Lean Six Sigma Black or Master Belt or equivalent.

EDUCATION:

• Bachelor's Degree.
• Lean Six Sigma Green Belt certification or equivalent, required.
• Lean Six Sigma Black or Master Belt or equivalent, highly desired.
