Pay & Schedule:
- $22/hr
- Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM
Key Responsibilities:
- Complete resident work orders promptly
- Perform vacant unit turns, including painting
- Handle trash removal and maintain clean common areas
- Repair HVAC systems, appliances, plumbing, and electrical issues
Qualifications:
- Previous apartment maintenance experience required
- Knowledge of HVAC, appliance repair, plumbing, and electrical systems
- Ability to lift and work in various conditions
- Reliable and detail-oriented
