A highly regarded Houston-based law firm is seeking a Construction Litigation Associate with 2–6 years of experience to join its Chambers-ranked Construction Practice Group. This is an excellent opportunity to work alongside nationally recognized attorneys on complex, high stakes matters in a collaborative and professional environment.

Job Details
Key Responsibilities:
- Represent general contractors, owners, and developers in commercial construction disputes.
- Handle litigation matters in both state and federal court, including motion practice, depositions, and trial prep.
- Assist with contract review and risk mitigation for ongoing construction projects.
- Participate in arbitrations, mediations, and other dispute resolution forums.
Qualifications:
- 2–6 years of experience in construction litigation or complex commercial litigation.
- Exceptional writing and communication skills.
- Strong academic credentials.
- Texas Bar license (or willingness to obtain promptly).
