Job Description
The Senior Process Quality Specialist is responsible for completing account level actions based on compliance, project and departmental needs. This role is also responsible for identifying and documenting opportunities for improvement within system processes and procedures, as well as participating in problem solving discussions with leadership.
RESPONSIBILITIES
Process account level actions contributing to daily operations. 40%
Identify and document shortfalls in processes and systems and participate in discussing solutions for improvements. 25%
Provide data to support regular tracking and reporting on adherence to daily processes and/or financial performance. 10%
Participate in various departmental projects. 10%
Train and mentor team members. 10%
Perform other duties, as assigned. 5%
MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS
EDUCATION: High School Diploma
EXPERIENCE: 1 - 2 years Customer Service or Clerical experience
KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, ABILITIES, AND OTHER ATTRIBUTES:
- Familiarity with general legal procedures
- Skilled in MS Office (Particularly Excel)
- Ability to understand low level process mapping/logic
- Strong collaboration, problem solving, critical thinking and relationship management skills
- Desire to learn or strengthen skills in project or process management
- Ability to handle variations in work type and workload
- Strong written and verbal communication
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
EXPERIENCE: 2+ years work experience in Financial Services related field
KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, ABILITIES, AND OTHER ATTRIBUTES:
- Knowledge of ILMS system and general ILMS procedures
- System query skills
- A 'Can Do', positive demeanor and professional teammate spirit
