Job Type: Contract / Full-Time, On-Site

Duration: TBD – Estimated 2 to 3 months (with potential for extension)
Description:
We are seeking a detail-oriented Paralegal for an on-site document review and trial preparation project in Wilmington, Delaware. The ideal candidate must have at least 1 year of experience in litigation support, document review, and discovery processes. This position is 100% on-site, and candidates must be able to drive to the work location daily—reliable transportation is required.
Responsibilities:

Review legal, medical, and corporate documents using Relativity software

Assist with trial preparation and organize case materials

Categorize and tag documents for responsiveness, privilege, and issue coding

Lift and move bankers boxes (30–40+ lbs) as part of physical document handling

Coordinate document production and manage discovery workflows
Requirements:

Paralegal certificate or equivalent legal experience
-
Minimum 1 year of document review or litigation support experience

Familiarity with Relativity or similar eDiscovery platforms

Ability to lift heavy boxes (30–40+ lbs) without issue

Must have reliable transportation and be able to commute to the Wilmington site

Pay Details: $35.00 per hour
