Job DescriptionWe are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Level 2 Technician to serve as an onsite and remote IT support professional. This individual will assist clients in resolving a variety of computer and IT-related issues. The ideal candidate will hold an Associate's degree (or equivalent experience) and have at least two years of experience in IT support within a user-focused environment. This is a dynamic role supporting diverse client environments with opportunities for technical growth.Responsibilities

  • Provide exceptional customer service to clients and partners while managing technical support with efficiency and accuracy
  • Analyze, troubleshoot, and resolve issues related to hardware, software, and overall network environments across multiple locations and industries
  • Administer and support workstations, servers, printers, network hardware, and software
  • Perform end-user support tasks including licensing, maintenance, installations, configurations, migrations, and upgrades
  • Install, configure, and manage VoIP systems
  • Participate in after-hours support on a rotating on-call basis

Qualifications and Requirements

  • Strong understanding of a wide range of servers, PCs, and software platforms
  • Proficiency in managing Windows Active Directory environments
  • Familiarity with managed services such as Exchange, Microsoft 365, and email security/compliance tools
  • Ability to follow complex instructions and work with various technical documentation
  • Competence in using and supporting office equipment such as servers, computers, printers, and networking devices
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Ability to work both independently and collaboratively as part of a team
  • Flexible and capable of adapting in a fast-paced, ever-changing environment
  • Working knowledge of cybersecurity principles and best practices

The base pay range for this position is $43,000–$48,000 annually, excluding benefits, bonuses, or other forms of compensation. Final compensation will be based on skills, experience, location, and internal pay equity. Please note that hiring at the top of the range is rare to allow room for future growth.
