Our client, a respected plaintiff-side personal injury firm, is seeking a Junior Attorney to support a fast-moving litigation practice. You'll work directly under 2-3 supervising attorneys while maintaining independence over select files. This is an excellent opportunity for a motivated legal professional to gain real courtroom and deposition experience in a collaborative, trial-focused environment.

Industry Focus: Personal Injury | Plaintiff Litigation | Trial Prep

Salary: $150,000+ base (Depending on Experience)

Responsibilities:

• Take and defend depositions.
• Assist with trial preparation.
• Handle all phases of discovery.
• Draft and argue motions in court.
• Draft complaints and litigation pleadings.
• Supervise and guide support staff (as needed)
• Perform other litigation tasks as assigned.
• Communicate with clients and provide regular case updates.

Qualifications:

• Must be licensed to practice law in California.
• 05 years of attorney experience in personal injury law.
• Strong communication, drafting, and organizational skills.
• Comfortable working on-site full-time at the firms Torrance office.
• Ability to manage a small caseload independently under supervision.
• Alternatively, significant prior experience as a personal injury paralegal or legal secretary will be considered.
