Job Title: Facilities Maintenance Technician – 1st Shift Pay: $22–$24/hr (DOE) Schedule: Monday–Friday, 6:00 AM–2:30 PM Location: Irvine, CA
About the Role: We’re looking for a hands-on Facilities Technician to help keep our building clean, safe, and running smoothly. You’ll handle day-to-day maintenance, light repairs, and general upkeep to support a great work environment.
What You’ll Do:

Maintain and clean offices, restrooms, and common areas

Handle light repairs and preventive maintenance
</li>
<li>
Monitor and restock cleaning and maintenance supplies
</li>
<li>
Support safety and security checks
</li>
<li>
Assist with minor building projects and inspections

<li>
Respond promptly to maintenance requests
</li>
</ul>
What We’re Looking For:

Experience in facilities, janitorial, or maintenance work
</li>
<li>
Basic repair and troubleshooting skills
</li>
<li>
Reliable and able to lift up to 50 lbs
