Job Vacancy: Experienced Fishmonger (Fluent in English)
We are looking for a skilled Fishmonger to join our team! The ideal candidate will have experience in handling, preparing, and selling fresh seafood, with a strong focus on customer service and product quality.
Responsibilities:
- Clean, prepare, and display a variety of fresh fish
- Advise customers on product selection, cooking methods, and freshness.
- Maintain hygiene and safety standards at all times.
- Manage stock rotation and ensure minimal waste.
- Work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
Requirements:
- Proven experience as a fishmonger or in a similar role. (We will Teach if your passionate)
- Excellent knowledge of fish .
- Fluent in English (spoken and written) essential for customer communication.
- Strong attention to detail and personal cleanliness.
- Punctual, reliable, and able to work as part of a team.
