  • Draft, review, and revise governing documents (CC&Rs, bylaws, rules), contracts, policies, and related legal instruments.
  • Represent clients in administrative proceedings and hearings before state and local agencies.
  • Assist senior attorneys with case preparation, discovery, drafting, hearings, and client communications.
  • Maintain strong client relationships and deliver responsive, high-quality service aligned with the firm's reputation.

You'll bring:

  • A Juris Doctor (J.D.) from an accredited law school.
  • Admission to The Florida Bar
  • Excellent analytical, legal research, and writing skills.
  • Strong organizational abilities, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple matters and deadlines effectively.
  • A commitment to professionalism and delivering high-level client service.
  • Prior work in community association law, administrative law, or real estate law is a plus (though not required).

Compensation & Benefits

  • Annual salary: $90,000 base, plus annual bonus tied to collections/productivity.
  • Full-time role in the Tallahassee office of the firm.
  • Comprehensive benefits package. Please note: long-term care insurance will be offered only if enrolled before February 1, 2026 (the firm will pay the basic premium for those who sign up in time).
  • Mentorship and professional growth opportunities in a supportive environment.

Why This Role Matters
