Job Title: Parts Sales Counter Person Commercial Vehicles

Location: Ft Myers, FL
Schedule: Monday – Friday, 1st Shift
Pay Range: $25 – $27 per hour

Position Overview:
We are seeking an experienced Parts Sales Counter Person to support our emergency vehicle operations. The ideal candidate will have prior experience in heavy equipment parts or commercial truck parts and be confident in accurately identifying, sourcing, and managing parts needs for specialized vehicles. Strong computer skills and attention to detail are essential for success in this role.

Key Responsibilities:

· Assist customers and technicians at the parts counter with identifying and sourcing correct parts.

· Locate parts through vendor sites and catalogs.

· Review and communicate pricing clearly and accurately.

· Process orders, track shipments, and follow up on parts status.

· Maintain organized records of orders and transactions.

· Ensure timely and accurate parts availability to minimize equipment downtime.

· Lift and move parts or boxes up to 50 pounds as needed.

· Provide excellent customer service to both internal and external customers.

Requirements:

· Previous experience as a parts counter person required.

· Background in heavy equipment parts or commercial truck parts are strongly preferred.

· Strong computer skills with the ability to navigate vendor systems and software.

· Excellent communication and organizational skills.

· Ability to lift 50 pounds.

· Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy.
