Facility Manager - Denver
The FACILITY MANAGER will lead Safety, Quality, Delivery, Cost, Innovation and Cultural Transformation of one or multiple Industrial Wastewater treatment facilities.
Key Responsibilities
- Direct daily operations of facility operations, equipment and personnel
- Management of Fleet (Dispatch, Maintenance, Emergencies)
- Training and Performance Management of team members
- Ensure that the facility meets all Environmental Regulatory Compliance requirements
- Ensure that the plant meets all Environment, Health, Safety and Security Standards
- Management of P&L reporting, variance explanations and forecasting
- Process, track, and approve all AP invoices
- Lead Supply Chain to improve delivery and cost & quality of purchased goods
- Support GM with Business Case Development for projects (capital, expense, and personnel requirements)
- Develop and maintain customer relationships
- Provide coverage for plant operations as required
- Work directly with Sales team to grow a profitable business
Most Critical Functional/Technical Skills Knowledge
- Ability to be hands-on or strategic, depending on the business situation
- Computer Experience- Proficient in MS Office Suite (Word, PowerPoint, Excel)
- Ability to utilize computer-based management systems efficiently
- Proficiency in treating oily wastewater and basic Chemistry
- Understanding of P&L Statements as well as ability to properly budget and forecast
- Ability to support company Health & Safety programs
- Understanding of Environmental Compliance related to industrial wastewater operations
- Familiarity with fleet management, DOT regulations, and logistics
- Ability to coach and develop team members at varying performance levels
- Prioritization, organization and ability to multitask

- Effective Cost control processes/mechanisms and manage the facility expenses through a PO system.
- Maintenance Management
Preferred Experience
- Minimum 5 years Management Experience
- Previous experience with management of industrial wastewater & air permits, RCRA & Haz Waste Classification
- Budget and Forecast management
- Degree preferred in relative field, but not required
- Environmental Compliance
- Safety, Quality, Cost, Delivery, Innovation, Cultural Transformation
- Maintenance Management & CMMS experience
