About TURNBRIDGE
TURNBRIDGE delivers precision-driven technical solutions and talent strategies that accelerate business outcomes. We prioritize quality over volume, ensuring fast shortlists, fewer interviews, and start-date assurance for every engagement.
Role Overview
We are seeking a Network Architect to design and maintain advanced IP media networks supporting broadcast workflows. This role involves architecting low-latency multicast environments, implementing automation pipelines, and ensuring end-to-end media integrity across hybrid infrastructures.
Key Responsibilities
- Architect and maintain low-latency multicast IP networks supporting ST 2110 workflows and PTP-synchronized timing (SMPTE 2059).
- Design deterministic routing for uncompressed media flows and ensure QoS alignment across Arista spine and leaf infrastructure.
- Deploy and manage Arista EOS systems using CloudVision, MCS, and telemetry integrations.
- Engineer and secure edge access using Palo Alto firewalls and F5 load balancers for control and media traffic.
- Drive NetDevOps automation — build and maintain IaC pipelines using Arista AVD.
- Partner with broadcast engineering and media systems teams to ensure end-to-end media integrity and latency compliance.
- Lead architecture reviews, documentation, and mentor network and media engineers.
Required Skills & Experience
- 5+ years designing and operating broadcast or live-media IP networks.
- Deep knowledge of SMPTE 2110, SMPTE 2059 (PTP), NMOS IS-04/05, multicast (IGMPv3, PIM-SM), and QoS tuning for uncompressed video/audio.
- Expertise with Arista Networks hardware and EOS automation frameworks.
- Strong background in network security (Palo Alto) and traffic optimization/load balancing (F5 LTM/GTM).
- Hands-on experience building NetDevOps automation pipelines (Python, Ansible, Terraform, Git).
- Ability to bridge broadcast and IT disciplines — understanding both signal flow and infrastructure code.
- Comfortable working in hybrid IP media environments and mentoring technical peers.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with SDI-to-IP migration projects.
- Familiarity with sFlow or other real-time telemetry systems.
- Contributions to open-source or vendor automation frameworks.
- Knowledge of AWS, Azure, or cloud broadcasting architectures.
Why TURNBRIDGE?
- Precision-driven hiring process
- Fast feedback loops and start-date assurance
- Collaborative, growth-focused environment
