Maintenance Associate
This is an exceptional opportunity to work with an Oil&Gas Services company in Bartlesville, Oklahoma
Job Description:
Pay Rate: $23 plus overtime, Medical, Dental and Vision under a W-2 Contract to Hire
Hours: 3:30pm - 1:30am (2nd Shift)($2 Shift Diff)
- The Maintenance Associate is responsible to perform maintenance activities per the Maintenance Program and ensure on-time delivery of equipment in accordance with operational demand.
- The Maintenance Associate supports initiatives to improve the maintenance-related Cost of Service Delivery (CoSD), Maintenance Efficiency, People Productivity, and Asset Availability within the Center of Reliability and Efficiency (CRE) or Maintenance Base (MB), or Maintenance Center.
- Under direct supervision of either a Maintenance Supervisor, or Maintenance Technician, perform assigned higher-level maintenance activities.
- Adhere to transactional discipline within the business systems, accurately capturing maintenance related data.
- Comply with all division standards.
- Maintain and build competency in compliance with the Competency Management System.
- Participate in and support continuous improvement (CI) initiatives.
