Pay: $19–$22/hour (Based on Experience)
Career Strategies is currently seeking experienced Apartment Maintenance Technicians to join our growing team in the Annapolis, MD area! We are looking to expand our network of qualified candidates for immediate and future opportunities in residential apartment communities.
Responsibilities Include:
- Responding to work orders for general maintenance requests (electrical, plumbing, carpentry, etc.)
- Assisting with unit turns and make-readies
- Troubleshooting and repairing appliances
- Painting, patching drywall, and basic cosmetic repairs
- Maintaining grounds and common areas as needed
- Providing excellent customer service to residents and staff
Ideal Candidates Have:
- Previous apartment maintenance or related handyman experience
- Knowledge of general repairs, including basic plumbing, electrical, painting, and drywall
- Ability to work independently and efficiently
- Strong communication and time management skills
- HVAC certification is a plus, but not required
