A talented litigation attorney with 2+ years of experience is sought to join a nationally recognized aviation, aerospace, and product liability practice. The ideal candidate will have strong writing skills, litigation experience, and the ability to manage discovery and trial preparation with minimal supervision. This position offers exposure to complex, high-stakes cases involving major airlines, manufacturers, and insurers.


Associate Attorney Responsibilities:

  • Manage all aspects of litigation from initial response through trial.
  • Take and defend depositions, argue motions, and attend hearings and mediations.
  • Draft pleadings, motions, discovery requests, and other litigation documents.
  • Conduct in-depth legal research and draft memoranda and case analyses.
  • Review, organize, and analyze large volumes of discovery materials.
  • Prepare case status reports and strategic recommendations for clients.
  • Collaborate with partners and senior attorneys to develop case strategy and manage deadlines.

Associate Attorney Requirements:

  • J.D. from an accredited law school with strong academic credentials.
  • Licensed to practice law in California and/or Arizona.
  • Minimum of 2 years of litigation experience, ideally in aviation, aerospace, or product liability matters.
  • Experience in both State and Federal courts.
  • Strong writing, research, and analytical skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
  • Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple matters simultaneously.
  • Professional demeanor and strong work ethic.
  • Ability to work both independently and collaboratively within a team environment.
