Lawyer Responsibilities:
As a Lawyer at Zinda Law Group, you will:
- Manageacaseloadofpersonalinjurylawsuitsfromintakethroughtrialorsettlement
- Draft and respond to motions, utilizing a strong command of litigation strategy and legal procedure
- Build and maintain strong client relationships, delivering exceptional service throughout each case
- Apply your knowledge of Texas Rules of Civil Procedure (TRCP) and Rules of Evidence to develop winning strategies
- Work collaboratively with support staff and fellow trial attorneys to secure life-changing results for our clients
