Responsibilities:
- Design, develop, and implement software solutions that meet the needs of our organization
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements, define project scope, and set project timelines
- Lead and mentor junior software engineers
- Conduct code reviews to ensure code quality and adherence to coding standards
- Develop technical documentation and create user guides for software products
- Participate in software testing and debugging to identify and resolve issues
- Stay up-to-date on industry trends and technological advancements to enhance software development processes
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field
- 5+ years of experience in software development
- Proficiency in programming languages such as Java, C++, Python, or Ruby
- Experience with web application development, database management, and cloud computing
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Experience with Agile development methodologies
Preferred Qualifications:
- Master’s degree in Computer Science or a related field
- Previous experience working in the gaming or entertainment industry
- Knowledge of software security best practices
