Job Description

We are currently seeking to hire an Apartment Maintenance Technician to join our team! You will be responsible for completing work orders, vacant turns, HVAC installs and other required tasks. Qualified candidates have onsite work experience and must have their own set of personal hand tools, reliable transportation, and availability to start a full-time position immediately.

Responsibilities:

Complete service requests and repair orders in a timely manner
Perform routine preventive maintenance
Maintain material and supply inventory
Maintain the aesthetic appeal of the community
Strong commitment to customer service and maintaining good resident relations

Qualifications:

Familiarity with maintenance tools and equipment
Ability to handle physical workload
Deadline and detail-oriented
Reliable means of transportation
Professional appearance
Follow all confidentiality, fair housing laws and safety requirements
Required to pass a comprehensive criminal background check
HVAC/ EPA/ CPO Certification is a PLUS
