Program Development Services, Inc. is seeking an experienced supervisor to advocate and coordinate services as per the needs of the individuals in an effort to meet personal goals identified by/for the people we support at two residential facilities located in Bensonhurst and Bay Ridge.

Job Availability: Full-time, 40 hours/week
Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
- Overseeing and performing day-to-day administrative functions within the Residential program
- Coordinate and facilitate monthly staff meetings
- Initiate and follow through on the hiring process of all new residential staff
- Implements and ensures applicable laws, regulations, policies and procedures are made available to all staff and are in compliance
- Enforces progressive disciplinary action based on Program Development Services policies and procedures
- Provide direct oversight and monitoring of all fiscal resources
- Daily monitoring, review and submission of billing documentation
- Additional responsibilities as deemed necessary
Minimum Qualifications:
- High School Diploma or its equivalent, required; Bachelor’s degree in Human Services related field, preferred.
- Progressive supervisory experience in I/DD or related fields
- Two years delivering behavioral intervention services to individuals with I/DD including implementation and monitoring of behavioral protocols
- Excellent organization, program development, interpersonal, and leadership skills
- Ability to prioritize, adhere to timelines and multi-task
