Overview

CTG is seeking a Quality Engineer with strong expertise in performance testing and resilience management to support a banking industry client.

Location: Pittsburgh, PA-onsite
Duration: 12 months, potential to go longer

Must be eligible to work in the US without restrictions.

W2 only. No C2C.

Key Responsibilities:

Execute performance, load, stress, and scalability testing
Develop workload models reflecting real-world usage
Monitor and analyze system performance
Perform chaos engineering and resilience testing

Required Skills:

Banking industry experience
Performance tools: LoadRunner, JMeter, AppDynamics, Dynatrace, Splunk
Workload modeling
Chaos engineering (Litmus)

Education:

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent work experience.

Excellent verbal and written English communication skills and the ability to interact professionally with a diverse group are required.

The expected base salary for this position ranges from $35/hr to $45/hr. Salary offers are based on a wide range of factors including relevant skills, training, experience, education, market factors, and where applicable, licensure or certifications obtained. In addition to salary, a competitive benefit package is also offered.
