A growing plaintiff-side law firm is seeking a motivated and ambitious Litigation Attorney with experience in Personal Injury, Sexual Abuse, and Medical Malpractice to join its dynamic legal team. The ideal candidate will be passionate about advocating for individuals in need and thrive in a high-impact, client-focused environment.
Responsibilities:

Manage a full caseload from intake through trial in the areas of personal injury, sexual abuse, medical malpractice, and general negligence

Draft and negotiate legal documents, motions, pleadings, and discovery

Conduct legal research and prepare persuasive legal arguments

Attend court conferences, hearings, and depositions

Depose witnesses and prepare clients and experts for testimony

Collaborate with colleagues on complex litigation matters and assist in trial preparation

Opportunity to participate in and lead trials
Qualifications:

Juris Doctor (J.D.) from an accredited law school

Admitted to practice in New York State for a minimum of 3 years

Admission to New Jersey and/or federal courts is a plus

At least 3 years of litigation experience, particularly in personal injury and civil tort matters

Exceptional legal writing, research, and oral advocacy skills

Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple active cases
