Tech Support Specialist – $18/hr + Commission + Bonuses

What You’ll Do
You’ll help customers with everyday tech needs such as:
- Printer issues
- iPhone + Apple ID problems
- Email + account troubleshooting
- New computer setup
- Wi‐Fi issues
- Smart TV setup
- Password recovery
- Smart home basics
- Basic device training
- Optional: TV mounting support
No deep hardware repair. No coding. No corporate IT.
Just real people who need real help.
Pay & Perks
- $18/hr for active job time
- 10–20% commission per job
- $10 bonus for every 5‐star review
- $25 bonus for same‐day upsells
- Flexible, appointment‐based schedule
