Senior Project Manager - Direct Hire

The Position:
A premier, regional leader in specialty construction and architectural metal fabrication is seeking an experienced Senior Project Manager to oversee high-complexity projects. We are a fast-paced, growth-oriented organization looking for a detail-oriented professional to bridge the gap between initial estimation and final delivery.
Key Responsibilities:
- Project Lifecycle Leadership: Take full ownership of projects following the estimating hand-off, ensuring all deliverables meet strict timelines.
- Cross-Functional Coordination: Act as the primary liaison between the fabrication shop, logistics, administrative teams, and external clients.
- Financial & Resource Management: Manage change-order pricing, coordinate with procurement buyers for material costs, and ensure installer schedules align with project milestones.
- Specialized Oversight: Provide dedicated management for custom divisions, including architectural handrails and metal stair systems.
- Documentation: Maintain real-time updates within internal project management software to ensure organizational transparency.
Qualifications & Requirements:
- Industry Expertise: 7–10+ years of proven Project Management experience specifically within the construction or metals industry.
- Technical Knowledge: Deep familiarity with miscellaneous metals, including custom fabrication of stairs (aluminum/galvanized) and handrail systems.
- Software Proficiency: Highly skilled in Microsoft Office 365. Experience with ComputerEase or similar construction accounting software is a significant advantage.
- Operational Skills: Exceptional time management and the ability to drive multiple schedules simultaneously in a high-pressure environment.
- Communication: Strong interpersonal skills for client-facing inquiries and internal team collaboration.
