<p>It would be helpful to have knowledge and experience in any of the following areas: agronomy, appropriate conditions for cutting and baling hay, troubleshooting all sorts of mechanical and technical problems, general maintenance on various equipment, knowledge of precision farming, tire repair, welding, truck driving, etc.&nbsp;</p>
