Job Title: Maintenance Technician
Job Description
The Maintenance Technician is responsible for ensuring that all electrical schematics and instrumentation are calibrated and current. This role involves troubleshooting during unscheduled equipment downtime, performing repairs, and completing preventive maintenance services.
Responsibilities
- Provide emergency and unscheduled repairs of production equipment during production.
- Perform scheduled maintenance repairs of production equipment during machine service in a multi-shift environment.
- Conduct mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, and hydraulic troubleshooting and repair of machines.
- Support an optimized production environment by applying the principles of Lean Manufacturing and 5S.
- Maintain and perform repairs to the facility.
- Participate in special projects and perform other duties as assigned.
Essential Skills
- 2+ years of experience in electrical, mechanical, hydraulic, and pneumatic applications.
- Ability to read electrical schematics.
- Experience in PLC troubleshooting, including the ability to plug in a laptop, read ladder logic, troubleshoot, and make adjustments.
- Basic knowledge of computers and operating systems.
- Strong problem-solving skills to assess product output relative to specifications.
Shift
This role is a 2nd Shift position, Monday through Friday, from 2pm to 10:30pm, with overtime and weekend support as required.
Job Type & Location
This is a Permanent position based out of York, PA.
Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $72800.00 - $83200.00/yr.

Paid Holidays: New Years, Memorial Day, Fourth of July, Labor Day, Thanksgiving, Day after Thanksgiving, Christmas Eve, Christmas Day, plus two floating holidays
PTO - First year is pro-rated, earning 3.33 hours every paycheck (bi-weekly). Years 1-5 80 Hours PTO, 5+ years 120 hours PTO. 40 hours can roll over each year.
