<p>Job DescriptionVIP staffing is Immediately hiring a Maintenance Technician for a Leading organization in AlbuquerqueThis is a Full-Time positionSchedule is 6 am - 2:30 pmPay for this position is $20-$25 DOE<br>As a Maintenance Technician you will:
<ul>
<li>Perform mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, and general building repairs</li>
<li>Perform routine inspections, preventative maintenance, and repairs on cranes, compressors, welders, and other shop tools used to manufacture large construction and mining equipment. </li>
</ul>
<p>Maintenance Technician candidates must meet the following requirements for consideration:
<ul>
<li>1 year of relatable experience</li>
<li>High School Diploma or GED</li>
<li>Knowledge of high voltage /AC (120, 230, 277, and 480 volt) experience or knowledge of hydraulic, pneumatic and DC electric</li>
<li>Demonstrated mechanical ability and/or aptitude to perform heavy equipment assembly repair and maintenance (fork lifts, press brakes, cranes) </li>
<li>Troubleshooting experience with welders, mig guns, and other small tools. </li>
<li>Ability to perform simple repair welds</li>
<li>Must have basic knowledge of reading and writing</li>
<li>Knowledge of plumbing (PVC, Copper, and Black Pipe) is a plus</li>
<li>Licensed or certified electrician is a plus</li>
