We are currently hiring for a professional security role at a commercial property in the Central Phoenix area. This position requires a dependable individual with strong communication skills and a proactive approach to maintaining a safe environment.

Availability must be flexible and at least be open for weekends (Morning or Swing).

Prior security experience in corporate environments is highly desirable for this position.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct ongoing patrols across designated levels of the facility

• Respond quickly and appropriately to service-related incidents

• Follow established site protocols and escalate as needed

• Maintain consistent, professional communication with management and client representatives

• Collaborate closely with on-site security teams and building staff

Requirements:

• Ability to lift and carry 50+ lbs regularly

• Professional appearance and demeanor

• Strong verbal and written communication skills

• Dependable, punctual, and consistent in attendance

Ideal Candidates May Also Have:

• Valid security guard license and industry experience

• Background in military, law enforcement, or emergency response

Compensation:
$22.00/hour, paid weekly

Schedule:
Saturdays and Sundays, 10hr shifts (Morning and Swing Available)
Additional hours given on as needed to cover callouts and requests from client
