Trillium Construction is now seeking Service Technicians in Kaukauna, WI for temp-to-hire opportunities!

The Technicians provide service to the agricultural community. The client provides the equipment and manpower to install, repair and service the equipment we sell to keep the farms running and customer happy.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
Detect/diagnose routine malfunctions of equipment and systems and take corrective action
In this role you will also layout, position, align, and secure parts and assemblies prior to install
Maintains customer confidence by keeping service information confidential
Most common installations are manure pumps, alley scrapers, and manure augers (Must be able to work around manure smell)

Schedule is Monday-Friday, 10-12 hours per day. Current schedule is 7:30am-5:30pm. The pay rate is $25-32/hour.

-Prefer 1 year of related experience as a Service Tech, but also looking for candidates with the following skillsets.
-Mechanically inclined
-Any farm/AG background
-Ability to pass pre-employment screenings
