Key Responsibilities:
For the Company:
- Develop and execute comprehensive SEO strategies to increase organic traffic and online visibility for the company’s website.
- Optimize the company’s website, blogs, and other digital assets for on-page and off-page SEO.
- Monitor and improve SEO performance metrics, including rankings, traffic, and conversions.
- Collaborate with the content and marketing teams to align SEO efforts with broader marketing campaigns.
For Clients:
- Create and implement customized SEO strategies tailored to client objectives and industry trends.
- Conduct thorough website audits for clients and provide actionable recommendations.
- Manage keyword research, on-page optimization, and technical SEO tasks for client projects.
- Execute link-building campaigns to improve clients’ domain authority and search rankings.
- Prepare and deliver detailed SEO performance reports to clients, explaining progress and results.
- Build strong relationships with clients to understand their business needs and ensure satisfaction with SEO services.
General Responsibilities:
- Stay updated on the latest SEO trends, Google algorithm changes, and emerging digital marketing techniques.
- Utilize tools like Google Analytics, SEMrush, Ahrefs, and Google Search Console to monitor and optimize performance.
- Train and mentor junior SEO team members (if applicable) to support client projects and company initiatives.
- Prioritize tasks effectively to manage multiple projects for the company and clients simultaneously.
Requirements
Education and Experience:
- Bachelor’s degree in marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field.
- 2.3+ years of experience in SEO, preferably with agency experience managing client accounts.
Skills and Knowledge:
- Proficiency in SEO tools like SEMrush, Ahrefs, Moz, Screaming Frog, and Google Suite (Analytics, Tag Manager, Search Console).
- Strong knowledge of technical SEO, including schema markup, site speed optimization, and crawlability.
- Proven experience in on-page optimization and off-page link-building strategies.
- Ability to create and interpret performance reports, explaining complex data in a client-friendly manner.
- Familiarity with content management systems (e.g., WordPress) and basic HTML/CSS knowledge.
