Job Description:
EPG Parts Manager will be responsible for overseeing the inventory, ordering, and distribution of parts for our company. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, a strong attention to detail, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment. Job responsibilities include:
· Managing inventory levels and ensure adequate stock of parts
· Order parts from suppliers and negotiate pricing
· Maintain accurate records of all parts transactions
· Oversee the distribution of parts to technicians and customers
· Develop and implement processes to improve efficiency and reduce waste
· Train and supervise parts department staff
· Provide exceptional customer service to internal and external customers
· Maintain a clean and organized warehouse
· Oversee cycle counts
· Oversee open orders
· Create quotes, orders, and invoices
Job Type:
Full-Time
Hours- Monday through Friday 8am-5pm
This is an on-site position.
Requirements:
· Strong organizational and time management skills
· Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
· Proficient in Microsoft Office and inventory management software
· Ability to work independently and as part of a team
· Knowledge of heavy equipment parts and industry trends a plus
· Firm understanding of parts distribution.
· High school diploma or equivalent
· 3+ years of experience in parts management or a related field
