Lead Maintenance Technician
Vandalia, Ohio | Up to $80,000 + Benefits | 4-Day Workweek

This role is mostly mechanical with some electrical work, and offers the chance to grow into a leadership position.

What You’ll Do

Troubleshoot and repair mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, and pneumatic systems

Perform preventive maintenance and keep records up to date in CMMS
</li>
<li>
Support equipment installs and facility upkeep
</li>
<li>
Be the go-to problem solver for keeping production efficient
</li>
