General Summary of Duties:

<li>Ensure the site operates safely and in compliance with all regulatory, local, state and federal laws/regulations.</li>

<li>Create weekly schedule and manage site labor to LUV Car Wash standards.</li>
<li>Walk site throughout shift to ensure site is operating safely, efficiently and up to the LUV standards of service. Converse with customers regularly to ensure customer satisfaction.</li>
<li>Handle all customer issues/complaints. Work with District Manager to resolve all issues in a timely manner that results in positive outcomes and customer-retention.</li>
<li>Partner with Facilities to ensure all equipment is properly maintained, safely operated and maintenance requests are fulfilled in a timely manner to minimize site downtime.</li>

• Preferred-Vocational/Technical or equivalent degree; 2 years/associate degree in diesel mechanics.
• CDL Class A is a plus but not required
OTHER QUALIFICATIONS, EXPERIENCE AND COMPETENCIES:
• Ability to troubleshoot, diagnose and repair equipment with accuracy and speed; ability to create effective working relationships with employees.
• Ability to coordinate programs, prepare reports and maintain accurate records.

What You’ll Own

Technology Vision &amp; Roadmap: Architect a scalable, secure platform spanning mobile (iOS/Android) and cloud backend.

Full-Stack Delivery: Lead the end-to-end MVP build—intuitive front-ends, robust APIs, and resilient data services.

Systems &amp; Infrastructure: Stand up CI/CD pipelines, automated testing frameworks, monitoring/alerting, and enterprise-grade security.

Team Building &amp; Leadership: Hire, mentor, and guide engineers; establish agile rhythms and a culture of code excellence.

Strategic Integrations: Evaluate and integrate third-party services—payment processors, hardware APIs, cloud platforms.

Investor &amp; Stakeholder Liaison: Prepare technical due-diligence materials and present your vision to investors and partners.

Full-Stack Proficiency:
