The Electroless Cuposit Operator plays a key role in the application and maintenance of the Electroless Cuposit process, a specialized chemical plating method used to deposit a uniform, conductive copper layer on non-conductive surfaces in printed circuit board (PCB) manufacturing. This process is essential for forming interconnects through vias and drilled holes prior to electrolytic copper plating.
This position is responsible for preparing panels, managing the chemical bath parameters, analyzing process performance, and ensuring the Electroless Cuposit process meets production, quality, and reliability standards. 
Qualifications: To perform this job successfully, an individual must have a minimum of four (4) years’ in the printed circuit board industry and must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactory. Observers record detailed information on the gear and fishing activity of the vessels. Observers work on deck on vessels ranging from 30 to 90 on trips roughly ranging from 1 to 45 days collecting data on fish catch and bycatch, and incidental takes such as marine mammals, seabirds and marine turtles. After attending a 3-week paid training in-person training in Galveston, TX observers are deployed from ports throughout the Gulf of Mexico and southern Atlantic states. Gear types assessed include but are not limited to shrimp trawl, bottom longline, modified buoy gear, bandit reel, and handline. Training projected for end of March/ April timeframe.

Accommodations and meal reimbursement during in person session of training are provided.Training includes instructions on sampling protocols, gear, fisheries, fish identification, marine mammal/sea turtle identification, and safety.

This is a challenging job, and candidates must be mentally prepared to be away from home without access to internet or cellular telephone signal for multiple days and often weeks at a time. Candidates must be physically able to handle heavy lifting, working odd hours, and spending long days in rough seas. Many crews speak limited English compounding the effects of loneliness and isolation on long trips. Observing provides an excellent career in marine biology, as observers are widely recognized as being excellent field biologists. A broad range of advancement opportunities are available to those who demonstrate appropriate capabilities. Compensation:Observersstarting pay is $19.33/hour. The Zifo Lab Computing Analyst provides technical laboratory services, including multivendor instrument, information technology and validation/compliance services when applicable. The individual will provide the consulting skills required to analyze customer needs and gaps to propose solutions for the desired state. He or she will work with business users and managers of customers in conjunction with the internal Zifo support team. 
Requirements
Responsibilities:
<ul>
<li>Provide technical support of customer laboratory environments, typically for computers that are integrated with instrumentation</li>
<li>Manage lab computing aspects of installing new, retirement and relocation of equipment</li>
<li>Implement Windows based security</li>
<li>Ensure adherence to client’s corporate policies through periodic reporting and compliance programs</li>
<li>Act as the technical support contact for field service engineers and external vendors</li>
<li>Provide technical subject matter expertise for new system validation and change management efforts</li>
<li>Document procedures, policies, troubleshooting and best practices</li>

Overview: Positions will be located within the USDA Service Center and will provide conservation technical assistance and conservation program delivery to private landowners within their assigned districts and other priority areas as appropriate.&nbsp; The incumbent will work in a joint capacity with USDA Natural Resources Conservation Service (NRCS), and other State and Federal partners to promote, accelerate enrollment, coordinate, and implement the conservation provisions of the Federal Farm Bill and other wildlife related conservation programs. This position will be an employee of, and supervised by Pheasants Forever, Inc. &amp; Quail Forever, with daily instruction and leadership provided by NRCS and PF &amp; QF.&nbsp; About the Area: Kansas offers large expanses of native shortgrass, mixed grass, and tallgrass prairies, which support diverse and abundant wildlife populations. Eastern Kansas offers abundant outdoor recreational opportunities, including wildlife areas managed by Kansas Department of Wildlife and Parks (KDWP), KDWP’s Walk-In Hunting Access program, and National Refuges that provides opportunities for upland game bird, deer, waterfowl hunting, hiking, and wildlife viewing. Specific Duties:

<li>Provide technical assistance (biology focus) and guidance to private landowners, government agencies, non-government organizations and other groups for USDA NRCS Conservation Programs.
