General Summary: 
The Licensing Coordinator is responsible for managing all aspects of contractor licensing for Ace Electric and Ace Technologies across multiple states, counties, and municipalities in which the companies operate. This role ensures continuous compliance with state licensing boards, federal contracting requirements, and project-specific permitting for electrical, low-voltage, and related specialty work. The Licensing Coordinator works closely with leadership, project teams, qualifying agents, and regulatory agencies to safeguard Ace Electrics eligibility to bid and perform work nationwide. The Licensing Coordinator reports to the President of Corporate Support. 
Preferred Job Skills:

Responsibilities:
Contractor Licensing &amp; Renewals:
<ul>
<li>Maintain, track, and renew all company and subsidiary electrical contractor licenses across all operating states, counties, and municipalities. </li>
<li>Prepare and submit license applications, renewals, and amendments in compliance with state board requirements. </li>
<li>Monitor expiration dates, initiate renewals well in advance, and prevent lapses in licensing. </li>
</ul>
Qualifying Agent (QA) / Responsible Manager Support:

<li>Maintain records of all qualifying agents and their license credentials tied to company licenses. </li>
<li>Coordinate required continuing education, testing, and application renewals for QAs. </li>
<li>Assist in adding new QAs or transferring licenses when needed. </li>

Federal &amp; Specialized Registrations:
