We want our 30-minute Soccer Shots sessions to be the BEST 30 minutes of each childs week. The Shaw JCC is a community center looking located in Akron that offers an array of services. One of those services is our great wellness and fitness programs including Silver Sneakers, Zumba, TRX and personal training, We are looking for group exercise instructors for various classes so we can expand our programs. All instructors will:
<ul>
<li>Leads and delivers group exercise classes based on industry standards and formats during scheduled times.</li>
<li>Instructs members on effective workout methods and techniques, demonstrates exercises, explaining methods and modifications.</li>
<li>Provides clear verbal instructions that will ensure the conductivity of the class through music, teaching, learning and fun.</li>
<li>Coaches and motivates class participants to achieve their fitness goals safely without injury and overexertion.</li>
<li>Maintains a positive and professional attitude towards members.</li>
<li>Interacts with members, answers questions to ensure all are using correct form during class and offers modifications and variations of the activities to accommodate all fitness levels.</li>

Schedule:
