<li>Assists in the formulation, management, revision and follow through of the clients Plan of Care to ensure that treatment is carried out and good health, safety and security is prioritized.</li>

Regina Caeli Academy is seeking a part-time Nursery/PK2 Caregiver to assist in a classical and Catholic Nursery/PK room for 13 hours per week at our new center in Lapeer, Michigan. You do not need a teaching certification or formal teaching experience to apply. We will teach you everything you need to know. The right applicant may have experience homeschooling or working with homeschool children, ministry in your Catholic parish, teaching Religious Education or Catechism classes, teaching your own children, or perhaps teaching in a classical or private school (although not required).
Regina Caeli Academy (<a href="http://www.rcahybrid.org" target="_blank">www.rcahybrid.org</a>) is a classical homeschool academy in the Catholic tradition. RCA is a national organization that offers instruction in a formal Socratic classroom setting on Mondays and Thursdays. The positions are hourly, and complimentary childcare/nursery is provided. About the Department: 
The Adult Housing Program Supervisor reports directly to the AHP Director and is responsible for the oversight and coordination of various Permanent Supportive Housing (PSH) programs serving chronically unhoused adults without children (AWOC) and families. Key responsibilities include supervising departmental staff, preparing and maintaining accurate program reports, and ensuring full compliance with PSH program requirements and funding guidelines. The Supervisor plays a critical role in supporting housing stability for vulnerable populations through effective program management and team leadership.
Job Summary: 
Under the direct supervision of the Adult Housing Program Director, this position oversees one or more of HELP of Southern Nevada's Adult Housing Programs and assists with the supervision of the case managers providing services. Conduct initial interview/intake, and client needs assessments.

<li>Provide direction and supervision to program staff, and provide hands-on assistance, to assist them, in carrying out their assigned duties with the housing programs</li>
<li>Prepare employee goals, to improve employee development and quality of care to customers, including consumers, peers, and external community contacts</li>
<li>Meet/Call clients who are having issues with their Case Manager</li>
<li>Provide training on files, procedures, and service requests, for all new hires and direct reports</li>
<li>Run reports to ensure all data is entered in true time (daily)</li>
<li>Run reports to ensure all services are properly entered into HMIS</li>
<li>Run monthly reports in HMIS to ensure the Financial Details match the General Ledgers from the financial analyst</li>
<li>Verifies all rental requests are correct and free from errors</li>
<li>Review compliance audits and ensure corrections are completed in a timely manner</li>
<li>Attend various community meetings to support the housing problem-solving and progressive engagement motto</li>
<li>Assist staff in assessing potential referrals and direct individuals to services</li>
<li>Collaborate with peers and other leadership in efforts to support growth at HOSN</li>
<li>All other job-related duties as assigned by management for needs of the business</li>
</ul>
 
The ideal candidate will possess the following knowledge, skills, and abilities: 
<ul>
<li>Knowledge of local social service agencies and programs, as they pertain to the local homeless population</li>
<li>Knowledge of applicable statutes, ordinances, and codes</li>
<li>Knowledge of social service work, and interviewing/referral techniques</li>
<li>Skill in planning, developing, and performing interviews and other related activities</li>
<li>Understand and follow complex instructions and procedures. Analyze situations accurately and adopt an effective course of action</li>
<li>Must communicate effectively with persons from a variety of social, cultural, and economic populations</li>
<li>Ability to maintain order and exercise appropriate judgment in crisis situations.</li>
<li>Must be flexible and be able to adjust to shifting priorities</li>
<li>Establish and maintain cooperative working relationships with consumers, fellow employees, other agencies, and the general public</li>
<li>Organize work schedule and manage time</li>
<li>Understand and follow all agency policies and procedures</li>
<li>Ability to work flexible hours, as required by caseload</li>
<li>Ability to perform accurate mathematical equations to calculate clients' rent and utility costs, and request funding to pay those bills</li>
<li>Professional competence in creating databases and working effectively using Microsoft Office products, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Access</li>
<li>Ability to enter and extract data to/from an automated database</li>
</ul>
 
Required Qualifications: 
<ul>
<li>Bachelor's degree in social work or related field, OR equivalent combination of education and experience</li>
<li>2 years of experience in a supervisory role, in a professional or social service setting</li>
<li>Active NV Drivers License and clean drivers report</li>
</ul>
